Medicines to pack for a trip with kids
When traveling with young kids, it always helps to be prepared by bringing a basic set of medicines with you. We've put together a handy list for what to bring with you when you travel to make things easier. Do make sure to check with your doctor what dosages are appropriate and what your child can take, as certain medicines can only be taken when your child is a certain age or weight.
Here are some more tips:
- Keep in mind that the volume of each liquid container does not exceed 100ml in case you are flying.
- In case you are bringing any medicine that requires a prescription, make sure you bring a copy of it with you when you travel.
- Only take as much as you need - with nappies, formula, toys in tow, your bags will surely be full when traveling with kids. Take what you need and replenish at a local pharmacy.
- Flatten boxes or remove medicine from boxes to have that extra space.
